I. Product Description

This product provides Spotify Premium membership services through membership accounts or membership renewal.

Spotify is a global music and podcast platform where users can discover songs, albums, artists, and podcasts, create personal playlists, and sync their content across compatible devices.

After purchase, you will receive a Spotify account with Premium access or have Premium activated or renewed on an eligible Spotify account.

II. Membership Types & Benefits

Membership Account

A Spotify account with Premium access will be provided. Follow the delivery instructions to sign in and use the account.

Membership Renewal

Premium will be activated or renewed on an eligible Spotify account. Submit the correct account information and avoid changing the password, region, or subscription settings while the order is being processed.

Spotify Premium benefits include:

• Support across phones, tablets, computers, and compatible devices

• Access to personal playlists, saved music, and recommendations

III. Important Notes & After-Sales Support

Spotify membership availability may be affected by the account region, existing subscription, payment status, and official policies. Available benefits are subject to what is displayed in the Spotify account.

For account products, keep the delivered information secure and follow the usage instructions. Do not change the account region, subscription plan, or other important settings without authorization.

For renewal products, make sure all submitted information is correct. Do not place duplicate orders, switch plans, or renew independently while processing is underway.

Digital products are non-refundable after delivery unless there is a product-related issue. If the membership ends early during the warranty period because of a product issue, a refund based on the unused period or a replacement with a price adjustment will be provided.

Problems caused by unauthorized changes, violations of Spotify’s rules, or abnormal account activity are not covered by after-sales support.
