I. Product Description

1. This product provides a Duolingo Plus membership activation code, family invitation link, or top-up service. Family invitations are available for international Duolingo accounts only. Compatible with Apple, Android, and PC. After purchase, you will receive the activation code and activation instructions.

2. Available membership options:

   ① Super Membership — X Months
   Your account will be invited to a family plan managed by the platform. Activation is required only once, and the subscription will be renewed monthly for the selected duration.

   ② Super Family Member — 1 Year + 15 Bonus Days
   Your account will be invited to a one-year family plan opened by the platform. You will remain in the same family group throughout the subscription period. Multiple purchases may be added to the same family group.

   ③ Super Individual Plan — 1 Year
   A dedicated individual subscription that does not require joining a family plan. Account-and-password top-up service will be provided.

   ④ Super Family Plan — 1 Year
   You will become the family plan administrator and can add up to five family members. Account-and-password top-up service will be provided.

3. Orders are delivered automatically. Activation codes are covered by after-sales support throughout the membership period. For product questions or assistance, please contact customer service.

II. Important Notes

1. After payment, you can click “View Account Details” on the completed-order page to view your purchased account information. You can also retrieve it through the Order Center in the upper-right corner. Orders are delivered automatically within 24 hours.

2. All delivered account details are verified before delivery. Please protect your account information carefully. We cannot recover an account that has been lost, stolen, or accessed by others.

3. The validity period of some international accounts may be affected by official platform policies. Please keep your account active and update your password regularly. If an account is reclaimed or disabled by the official platform, it may not be recoverable.

4. After receiving an account, please change the password immediately. If additional verification methods are available, such as a phone number, email address, or security questions, please update them as well.

5. Digital products are not eligible for refunds after delivery, except where the delivered account information is incorrect. If a password error appears during login, please carefully check the account details before contacting customer service.
