I. Product Introduction

1. This product is a Duolingo individual membership activation code for private use. It works with both domestic and international accounts. After purchase, you will receive the activation code and activation guide.

2. Available membership options:

① Super Membership for X Months:
Your account will be invited to a platform-managed Family Plan. You only need to activate it once, and the platform will renew the membership monthly during the selected period.

② Super Family Member – 1 Year + 15 Bonus Days:
Your account will be invited to a 1-year Family Plan opened by the platform. You will remain in the same Family Plan during the subscription period. Multiple purchases can be added to the same Family Plan.

③ Super Individual Plan – 1 Year:
A private individual subscription for personal use. You do not need to join a Family Plan. Account and password top-up service will be provided.

④ Super Family Plan – 1 Year:
You will become the Family Plan administrator and can add up to 5 family members. Account and password top-up service will be provided.

3. This product is delivered automatically and includes an official activation code. The membership period is covered by warranty. Please contact customer support if you have any questions before or after purchase.

II. Important Notes

1. After payment, you can click “View Account Details” on the order completion page to view your purchased account information. You can also find it in the Order Center at the top-right corner. Orders are automatically delivered within 24 hours.

2. All accounts are verified before delivery. There are no false or incorrect account credentials. After delivery, account records may be removed from the platform, so buyers are responsible for keeping their account information secure. Lost or stolen accounts cannot be recovered by the platform.

3. The long-term availability of international accounts cannot be guaranteed. Please keep the account active and regularly update your password. If the account is reclaimed, disabled, or restricted by the official platform, we may not be able to recover it. This is considered an official platform action and is not the responsibility of the seller.

4. Please change the password immediately after receiving the account. If other verification methods are linked, such as a phone number, email address, or security questions, please update them as well. For other account-related questions, please search online for relevant instructions.

5. Virtual products are non-refundable once delivered, except for incorrect account credentials. If login shows that the account or password is incorrect, please carefully verify that the information was entered correctly.
